CDEF is a non-stock, non-profit foundation
organized by a core group of design
professionals and educators mainly to
support sustainable development through
design education.

CDEF was informally operating for a year and has
launched some of its design initiatives. The Foundation
is now a formal organization with a Board of Trustees
and is run by a professional management staff.
